First off, I want to give a huge shoutout to the brilliant team behind the Viper-Framework. They’ve been a massive inspiration and a driving force behind this project. Viper has been my go-to tool for malware analysis, and I wanted to take that awesome foundation and customize it to fit my personal workflow and goals.
This project isn’t just about improving my toolkit, it’s also a hands-on learning experience for me. While I’m pretty comfortable with Python for scripting and API integrations, Django is a whole new beast. So, Vault1337 is not only a powerful malware platform but also my playground for mastering Python's web capabilities.
My vision for Vault1337 is ambitious. I’m aiming to create a one-stop solution for securely storing and analyzing malware samples, with a suite of features to streamline static analysis. There’s a lot I plan to build, and I’m excited to make it all happen in my free time. Eventually, I want to host Vault1337 online, but before I take that step, I need to ensure the security is bulletproof, so I don't end up getting hacked within 10 seconds!
If you're curious about the journey so far or want to dive into the code, check out the Vault1337 GitHub Repository. Feel free to explore, request to contribute, or just say hi!
